Welcome

UQSay is a series of seminars on the broad area of Uncertainty Quantification (UQ), Design and Analysis of Computer Experiments (DACE), and related topics.

It is organized by a merry gathering of people from:

  • L2S (Univ. Paris-Saclay, CentraleSupélec, CNRS),
  • LMPS (Univ. Paris-Saclay, CentraleSupélec, ENS Paris-Saclay, CNRS),
  • PRISME (EDF R&D),
  • DOTA (Univ. Paris-Saclay, ONERA),
  • LISN (Univ. Paris-Saclay, CNRS),
  • LMO (Univ. Paris-Saclay, CNRS)
  • and MIA-Paris (Univ. Paris-Saclay, AgroParisTech, INRAE)

The seminars are online (started in person, but have been online since UQSay #9), usually on Thursdays, 2–3 PM, Paris time.

Upcoming seminars

  • UQSay #70 — March 7 — Baptiste Kerleguer
☞ A Bayesian neural network approach to multi-fidelity surrogate modeling
  • UQSay #71 — March 21 — Morgane Menz
☞ Archissur: an Active Recovery of Constrained and Hidden Sets by SUR method. Coupling with adaptive space-filling and optimization
  • UQSay #72 — April 25 (3 PM) — John Jakeman
☞ Surrogate Modeling for Efficiently, Accurately and Conservatively Estimating Measures of Risk
  • UQSay #73 — May 16 — Gael Poette
☞ "Building and solving reduced models for the uncertain linear Boltzmann equation (sometimes intrusiveness, a.k.a. physics-informedness, is worth it)"
